The XL2370-1 has a native 1920x1080 resolution, 250cd/m2 brightness
rating and 5,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio for incredibly detailed
pictures. The DVI connector supports 1080p digital video input for
exceptional HD performance, and there's a D-Sub connector for analog
connection and an HDMI input to receive high-definition digital video and
audio through a single, convenient cable connection. The stand has tilt
adjustments to maximize viewing comfort.
A full suite of Samsung’s Magic Technologies works in the background to
maximize picture quality. The MagicBright 3 automatically optimizes
brightness, contrast and gamma correction, based on the mode you choose:

Sophisticated Design The graceful design features a Samsung Touch of Color gray finish that appears to be a rich, liquid black in ambient light, and reveals a charcoal gray gradation in brighter light. A crystal-like acrylic neck and bezel trim add to the luxurious feel, as do the bezel Starlight Touch Controls that appear at the touch of a finger, then fade away.
LED Backlight The
XL2370-1 features a LED edge-lit backlight that yields a brighter screen, yet requires less energy than a typical CCFL backlight.
Eco-friendly Unlike a CCFL backlight, the LED backlight contains no halogen, mercury or lead. Additionally the Touch of Color process eliminates the use of spray paints and harmful VOCs and the monitor uses up to 33% less power which reduces the amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere.
Mega Dynamic Contrast Ratio Don’t be afraid of the dark. Or the light. The
