Making Purchases

Pricing and Typographical Errors

Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, LegendMicro.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, LegendMicro.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, LegendMicro.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not "match" competitor's pricing, offer price protection, or provide "quantity quotes."

We will email or fax you a copy of your quotation within 24 hours after we receive your complete inquiry. We will only accept wire transfer in advance. Customer is responsible for all border duties and fees.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with LegendMicro.com Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - LegendMicro.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, and company checks only by mail, and only in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept personal checks at this time. Orders are processed upon receipt and approval of a personal and company check at our offices. For money orders or cashier's checks, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. LegendMicro.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy

LegendMicro.com does not ship on weekends and holidays. All orders processed before 3 P.M. EST. We can not guarantee the same day shipping for orders placed pass this time. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. LegendMicro.com's shipping and handling charges are based on total weight, and are calculated as determined by freight carriers servicing LegendMicro.com. LegendMicro.com does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the LegendMicro.com site, nor does LegendMicro.com guarantee any claims made by any carrier.

Sales Taxes

LegendMicro.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida and IL, unless the customer is tax exempt and provides the required tax exempt information to LegendMicro.com before ordering. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return Policy

 

Products sold by LegendMicro.com are covered by our 15-day Money Back return period*, unless otherwise noted on individual product pages. Policies for items that are not covered by the 15-day Money Back return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below.

 

* All wholesale orders and volume orders sold with special discounts - are Final sale  no returns are allowed.

All Products Physically Damaged in transit  or Defective on arrival Must be reported within 1 business day of arrival to qualify for DOA replacement. LegendMicro.com will not accept any claims for physically damaged products pass this time frame.

All product shortages and product miss-shipment must be reported within 1 business day of arrival. LegendMicro.com will not accept any claims pass this time frame.

All returns covered under our 15-day Money Back return period are subject to the following:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by LegendMicro.com must accompany all returns.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the date the product was shipped.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
• All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
• LegendMicro.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
• Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
• Shipping Fee is not refundable for returns of non- defective items.
• 20% restocking fee applies to returns of non- defective items .
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds. 
• LegendMicro.com will arrange and pay all costs associated with returning of DOA (Dead on Arrival) product, as well as reship replacement FREE of charge. ( within USA only)

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUNDS are accepted for any items in  categories:

Software and License / Projector Lamps/Printers with open consumables.

 

LCD Dead pixels policy

• • LCD displays may have cosmetic imperfections that appear as small bright or dark spots. This is common to all LCD displays used in products by all vendor and is not specific to any vendor or brand.  Dead pixels policy is determined by manufactures for the most of the products and could be found on their WEB sites.
  • Below are the acceptable amounts of "dot defects" for LCD displays that we sell:

  • Total Defects: 8

   

Bundled Items

• When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit price at the time of purchase.
• Arrangement for a return must be made within 15-days from the date the item is shipped.
• Products that are defective and/or the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair / replacement.
• All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, please check the product page to find out who the warranty provider is for your particular product. In all cases, you must have a RMA number. If LegendMicro.com is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Please see the Manufacturer Warranty Section for full details.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.
